In this series of online lectures we explore Dante’s Divine Comedy, arguably the greatest poetic masterpiece of all-time. Through these lectures we explore a concise summary of The Inferno, Purgatorio, and Paradiso, as well as a comprehensive overview of the whole of the Divine Comedy. We also explore the symbolism of hell, how to understand the symbolism of hell, and the relationship between Dante and Beatrice.
