A New Year Reading Guide – Discourses on Minerva

Reading the great books is a must for any cultured and educated person. You can also discover great awe, beauty, and wonder with the works of our cultural patrimony. From Hesiod and Homer through the Greek playwrights into Christendom and Shakespeare, Milton, Dickens, and more! (including the great Leo Tolstoy), my companion guide to the great books can keep you company in your journey through the great books: The Odyssey of Love.

You might also consider writing for VoegelinView. I am the new editor. Check out our submissions page for details.
